Prior to joining SK Finance Ltd, Ambrish Singh served as Lead – Technology Risk & Governance at Unity Small Finance Bank, where he was responsible for technology risk assessments, IT governance, third-party risk management, cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk oversight. His contributions helped strengthen governance processes and improve technology risk management across the organization.

Before that, Ambrish Singh held the role of Lead – Technology Change & Risk Management at IDFC FIRST Bank, where he led enterprise IT governance, technology risk management, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and change management initiatives. He worked closely with business and technology teams to enhance governance frameworks and support secure digital innovation.

Earlier in his career, Ambrish Singh spent more than 12 years at Canara HSBC Life Insurance, advancing through several leadership positions, including Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager. During his tenure, he successfully led initiatives in IT infrastructure modernization, business continuity planning (BCP), disaster recovery (DR), information security, IT operations, and enterprise technology governance, contributing to the organization's operational resilience and technology maturity.

He began his professional journey with HCL Infosystems Ltd., where he gained valuable experience in enterprise IT, infrastructure management, technology consulting, and IT service delivery, laying the foundation for his expertise in technology governance and digital transformation.

With more than 20 years of experience, Ambrish Singh has built extensive expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, technology risk management, regulatory compliance, information security, enterprise risk, audit, digital transformation, IT strategy, and governance frameworks. His strong background positions him to lead SK Finance Ltd's technology governance initiatives while supporting the company's long-term digital transformation and business growth objectives.
