Allana Group Appointed Navin Nathani as Group Chief Information Officer
Allana Group has appointed Navin Nathani as its Group Chief Information Officer (Group CIO), strengthening its leadership team with one of India's accomplished technology executives. With more than 22 years of experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, cloud computing, and manufacturing technology, Nathani will spearhead the group's technology-led growth strategy.
In his new role as Group CIO at Allana Group, Nathani will lead the organization's enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, cybersecurity, business applications, IT governance, and innovation across the group's diverse manufacturing and business operations. His appointment reflects Allana Group's commitment to leveraging advanced technologies to drive operational excellence, business resilience, and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Allana Group, Nathani served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Cohizon, a CVC Capital Partners portfolio company. There, he transformed technology into a strategic business enabler by leading enterprise-wide digital transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations. His leadership included AI-powered manufacturing initiatives, enterprise modernization, automation, and digital innovation programs focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
Before Cohizon, Nathani was General Manager & Head – IT, Transformation and Value Creation at Hindalco Industries (Aditya Birla Group). During his tenure, he led enterprise-wide digital transformation, AI and machine learning initiatives, data democratization, CRM modernization, governance frameworks, and business process transformation, helping accelerate the company's digital maturity.
Earlier, Nathani served as Deputy General Manager & Head – IT & Digital Transformation at Blue Star Limited, where he drove technology-led business transformation, manufacturing digitization, and supply chain modernization. He also spent nearly eight years at General Mills, holding multiple leadership roles focused on finance transformation, supply chain technology, analytics, automation, customer relationship management (CRM), business intelligence, and enterprise applications across global operations.
His career also includes leadership positions at Deloitte, Wipro Infotech, Reliance Life Insurance, and Prudential, where he built deep expertise in enterprise systems, IT governance, program management, digital transformation, business process optimization, and large-scale technology delivery.
Over the course of his career, Nathani has successfully led digital transformation programs across more than 30 manufacturing plants, managed technology investments exceeding ₹250 crore, and delivered initiatives that generated over $50 million in business value. He has also been recognized as a multiple CIO100 Award recipient, reflecting his contributions to enterprise technology leadership and innovation.
With extensive expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, SAP, Oracle, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, data analytics, manufacturing digitization, automation, and enterprise transformation, Navin Nathani is well-positioned to lead Allana Group's next phase of technology innovation, digital transformation, and business growth.
