Primebook India has secured an additional $250,000 in a mix of primary and secondary shares from Ekamya Capital, extending the momentum of its $2 million Pre-Series A round closed in April 2025 at a valuation of $15 million.

The latest funding will accelerate the development of PrimeOS, bolster the company’s AI and Cloud PC ecosystem, and further strengthen brand trust and market accessibility across India.
