Acronis Expands Baltic Presence with New Cloud Data Centers in Latvia and Estonia

Acronis has announced the launch of two new Acronis Cloud Data Centers in Riga, Latvia, and Tallinn, Estonia, reinforcing its commitment to providing advanced cyber protection and localized data management in the Baltic region.

The newly opened facilities grant service providers full access to Acronis’ comprehensive suite of cyber protection solutions, empowering them to deliver new and enhanced services to their clients. Customers will benefit from reduced latency, consistent data availability, and full data sovereignty, ensuring faster and more secure cloud operations.

Following the recent launches of data centers in Sweden and Finland, and with additional European expansions underway, Acronis continues to strengthen its footprint across the continent. The new centers will support businesses of all sizes in the region, offering direct access to Acronis Cyber Cloud—a platform that integrates backup, disaster recovery, next-generation antimalware, cybersecurity, and endpoint management tools in one unified solution.

“A local presence is a necessity for modern cloud businesses. We are proud to deliver two new Acronis Cyber Cloud Data Centers—together with those opened last year in Warsaw and Prague, we now have four data centers in Eastern Europe,” said Artur Cyganek, Regional Director, Eastern Europe at Acronis. “Now, companies and organizations from the Baltic countries can securely store and manage their strategic data locally.”

These data centers are part of Acronis’s expanding global network of 111 Cloud Data Centers, designed to deliver maximum security, availability, and reliability. Each facility is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, operational excellence, and robust security measures to meet modern data protection demands.
