ALEC Launches Specialized Firm to Advance Data Centre Infrastructure Across MENA

Building on its strong foundation in construction, MEP, logistics, fit-out, and technology integration, ALEC has announced the launch of its newest subsidiary — ALEC Data Centre Solutions — to address the growing regional demand for advanced, sustainable, and high-performance data centres.

The new company will design, implement, and commission turnkey data centres built to the highest international standards. In addition, ALEC Data Centre Solutions will offer prefabricated data centres for rapid deployment across the region and will be the first in the MENA region to specialise in liquid immersion cooling solutions — a next-generation technology enabling more sustainable, customisable, and cost-efficient data centre operations.

In the coming weeks, the company will inaugurate its flagship experience centre, providing clients and partners with the opportunity to explore ALEC’s data centre capabilities firsthand and engage with experts to tailor solutions to their unique needs.

Until now, cost, expertise, logistics, customisability, and scalability have all posed significant challenges to regional organisations seeking to establish their own data centres, limiting innovation at pace and scale,” said Kez Taylor, CEO at ALEC. “With the launch of ALEC Data Centre Solutions, we are filling the void for a single, large-scale specialist capable of delivering the full spectrum of data centre development services.

ALEC Data Centre Solutions will operate across three primary business segmentstraditional data centre construction, prefabricated solutions, and modernisation & retrofit projects — while integrating liquid immersion technology across all segments to enhance sustainability and performance.

Leveraging ALEC Group’s in-house civil, MEP, and technology expertise, the new subsidiary aims to become the partner of choice for enterprises and hyperscalers, supporting the delivery of large-scale, customised data centres designed for cloud service delivery, mission-critical workloads, and disaster recovery across the MENA region.
